Mole removal?!?
I have two moles i would like removed, one on the underside of my chin and one on my back. What would be the best option for removal and how much will it cost? Also, in the one on my chin, there are lots of dark hairs growing from it. I pluck them, but if i get the mole removed will the hairs go too?
The hairs will go away once the mole is removed. It’s hard to advise of a cost because there are different ways to remove them. Some moles are only topical and can be burned or frozen off which is not very expensive at all. For the mole with the hairs, it is probably deeper rooted and would require some cutting.
It’s been years since I had mine removed, so I’m sure the prices have changed…you should go to a dermatologist. Get some prices, and then call the other dermatologists around town to compare their prices.
