Stop snoring?
Will my step dad snores really really bad, & since i sleep in dat room he cant let me sleep because he snores really really bad….How can i make him stop snoring
I know there are some medical things you could probablly seek, but since you’re probablly looking for simple home remedies, then the best advice i can give is to ask him to sleep on his stomach. Trust me it works! I grew up with multiple friends who snored horribly and I learned that if they sleep on their stomach it deminishes the noise. Another thing i can swear by, is to buy a Floor fan, the steady noise should help to drum out the sporadic snores. If that doesnt work, then Dope up on Tylenol PM’s. -;o)
